• Anti-ageism advocacy organisation 55/Redefined has appointed AMS, global talent acquisition and consulting business, as its exclusive global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) partner, marking a major step in advancing age-inclusive hiring practices worldwide. The partnership aims to embed age-diverse recruitment strategies across permanent and contingent hiring, helping businesses attract and retain over-50s talent. AMS, which hires over 270,000 people annually, brings deep expertise in workforce transformation. It will support 55/Redefined across key markets including the UK, Europe and the US, with the aim of tackling age bias in recruitment and promoting multi-generational workforce planning as a core business strategy.
• In2Dialog, an AI startup based in Utrecht in The Netherlands, has received an MIT R&D collaboration grant to develop new recruitment tools in partnership with online assessment provider Ixly. The project focuses on using large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing to assess psychological traits through language, aiming to improve fairness, transparency, and effectiveness in hiring.
Supported by the Dutch government’s MIT scheme, the collaboration brings together AI and validated psychometric methods to create practical tools for real-world recruitment. The goal is to offer more inclusive, data-driven approaches to evaluating candidates.
