• The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global organisation representing the $20bn+ (£15.65bn+) executive search and leadership consulting industry, with member firms across more than 1,200 offices in over 70 countries, has welcomed Spot On Minds as its newest member. The firm earned its membership after successfully passing AESC’s rigorous vetting process, which ensures the highest quality standards.

Dosen, an AI-powered employee alignment platform, has secured $2.3m (£1.8m) in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round, led by Affinity Ventures and backed by Unshackled Ventures and Fuel Ventures. Founded by Ronan Wall, Victor Burke and Cian McCarthy, Dosen tackles a growing workplace crisis where 95% of employees are unaware of company goals and 85% feel no sense of purpose, resulting in widespread disengagement or ‘quiet quitting’. The platform aligns individual purpose with company strategy to retain talent and boost performance.
