NHS SBS partners with health-tech firm to transform workforce across NHS

NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) and health-tech company ImproveWell have announced a partnership aiming to drive workforce transformation across the NHS.

The new combined offering is an app and a web form that enables NHS staff to give feedback about their job at any time and provide suggestions for improvement.

The management team, including HR, can view the feedback, along with smart analytics and a real-time dashboard “so they can see themes, track sentiment over time and gauge what impact elements such as workforce wellbeing initiatives have”, a spokesman explained.

The offering integrates NHS SBS’s workforce consultancy expertise with ImproveWell’s digital engagement solution.

The end-to-end solution is now available as part of NHS SBS’s HR consulting service.

NHS SBS was created in 2004 by the Department of Health and Social Care to deliver corporate services to the NHS.
