Established since 1930, representing 82% of the recruitment market place by value, the REC work tirelessly to support members in helping businesses find the people they need, while improving the standards and reputation of our industry. The REC is a not-for-profit organisation governed by an elected council of recruitment industry representatives. We are absolutely passionate and totally committed in this pursuit for recruiters, employers, and the people they hire. What recruiters do matters.

The REC represents the interests of its members and the UK jobs market to government through its policy work.
