Phil Boyle, managing director of Southampton talent management firm The Ramsey Hall Group, has taken up the role of president of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Boyle remains in his role with Ramsey Hall, whose operations include significant focus on the aerospace and manufacturing areas. Boyle himself is a pilot and chartered engineer.

Employer confidence dipped slightly in April from a record high level in March, reveals the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC’s) JobsOutlook survey, based on responses from 200 UK employers.
