Almost half (47%) of UK employees say that corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an important consideration when seeking a new employer, according to a study from Badenoch & Clark.
The report also shows that most workers 83% think their employer is not genuinely committed to CSR, while 11% claim their employer totally ignores it and 28% see it largely as box ticking.
