Services sector slowdown?

The rate of expansion of jobs within the UK services sector rose in December but at its slowest rate since July, according to the latest Markit/CIPS UK services employment index.

The rate of expansion of jobs within the UK services sector rose in December but at its slowest rate since July, according to the latest Markit/CIPS UK services employment index. 

The December index posted a reading of 53.9 in December, down from 54.5 in November and was the lowest reading since July. Any reading over 50 indicates growth.
