Adecco Group grew its revenues and earnings in 2015 buoyed by a strong performance in parts of Continental Europe, particularly Italy, the Benelux countries and Iberia, and emerging markets. 

In contrast, revenue in the Nordics and Switzerland fell, while UK & Ireland was flat in constant currency terms.
