Black art or a recruiter's saviour?
Programmatic advertising is where a machine buys online advertisements rather than a human. The recruiter can define the profile of person they are looking for in terms of what they do and where they live, and extremely clever computer algorithms work out where and when to find them and send ads out to the right channel at the right time.
