International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has hired Krzysztof Dabrowski as principal in the firm’s Warsaw office.

Dabrowski will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing senior level recruitment assignments across Pedersen & Partners, and will play a key role in continuing to strengthen the firm on the Polish market.He spent nearly 10 years with Pedersen & Partners, having helped establish the firm in Poland in 2001, before accepting a role with global executive search firm Russell Reynolds in 2010.
