Recruitment solutions firm Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company, has appointed Trish Healy as vice president of RPO [recruitment process outsourcing] operations for the North America region.

Recruitment solutions firm Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company, has appointed Trish Healy as vice president of RPO [recruitment process outsourcing] operations for the North America region.
Healy has been with Futurestep since 2006, and was previously head of HR at Australian telecommunications firm AAPT.William Sebra, Futurestep’s North America regional president, says: “Trish brings a strong combination of experience in RPO delivery and consultative solutions. She has already driven operational excellence in Australia and New Zealand with key clients, designing and implementing their talent strategies and has the expertise to replicate her success and growth in North America.”
APAC regional president Tim Nelson adds: “This appointment is a reflection of our commitment to growing and promoting our talent around the world and whilst Trish will be missed in Australia it reflects highly on the strength and reputation of our Australian team.”
