The current chief executive of the Headway Group, Klaus Wrezounik, will leave the Empresaria Group-owned German subsidiary as of 31 March, AIM-listed Empresaria has announced.

The current chief executive of the Headway Group, Klaus Wrezounik, will leave the Empresaria Group-owned German subsidiary as of 31 March, AIM-listed Empresaria has announced.
Wrezounik’s successor will be Alexander Tan, who was previously responsible for building the IT and engineering specialities of DIS, a professional staffing company in Germany. Tan has also worked at Randstad, the world’s second largest staffing group, where he built the professional staffing business for Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Germany, the Empresaria statement said.Wrezounik currently owns 20% of Empresaria Holding Deutschland GmbH, the intermediate holding company of the Headway Group. Financial terms of his departure involve the purchase by Empresaria of one-third of Wrezounik’s shareholding.
