Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent management firm Ochre House has opened a new practice focus on developing employer brands for its clients.

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent management firm Ochre House has opened a new practice focus on developing employer brands for its clients.
The new practice is headed by director of brand, communications and digital, Andy Curlewis, who joins from communications agency Other, where he led projects for major businesses including O2, RBS and Unilever.Curlewis has previously held positions at recruitment communications firm Mobiljob and recruitment marketing and branding firm TMP Worldwide.
The practice operates across the firm’s London, Dubai, Hong Kong and US operations. In the US, Ochre House will be working alongside its partner, RPO firm Pinstripe.
