Switzerland: Eames gets green light

Financial & professional services and technology recruiter Eames Consulting Group has obtained the licences needed for it to place candidates within the Swiss labour market.

Operating from an office in Zug, South of the capital Zurich, there are plans to open a central Zurich office in the near future.Matthew Eames, executive director and founder of the firm, says: “The team consists of highly experienced consultants with French, German, Swiss German, Italian and Dutch language skills who all possess experience of working within the financial and professional services market across Europe.”

Ben Johnson, European manager for the firm, adds: “Switzerland is fast becoming a key hub for financial services and there are still very few UK recruitment firms who have obtained the necessary permits to deliver talent in Switzerland on a permanent and interim basis.”

Eames Consulting Group now has over 80 employees and a turnover approaching £25m, and divides its business into eight teams: audit, actuarial, broking, claims & underwriting, change management, compliance, technology and risk management.
