Global energy recruiter Spencer Ogden has appointed Jonathan Leslie-Scott as global business director, alongside three further senior hires.

Global energy recruiter Spencer Ogden has appointed Jonathan Leslie-Scott as global business director, alongside three further senior hires.
Jon Macaulay becomes director of US, Graeme Lingenfelder head of mining and David Bumby global head of internal recruitmentLeslie-Scott previously held various international roles with Fircroft, and before this worked with legal recruiter Blue Legal and sales & marketing recruiter TMP Worldwide.
He is responsible for negotiating, winning and delivering key global accounts within the energy sector, overseeing strategy and the senior development team.
US director Jon Macaulay brings seven years of experience associate director of international recruiter Huntress Group, and will lead the firm’s US expansion from its Houston office.
Graeme Lingenfelder, joins from construction sector recruiter RGB Network, where he had risen from consultant to managing director over the past 10 years and launches Spencer Ogden’s new mining division.
As global head of internal recruitment, David Bumby will work with new entrants to the industry and experience recruiters, bringing experience as sales director of graduate recruitment specialists Graduate-Fasttrack, having previously been a consultant at rec-to-rec JPA.
Chief executive and founder David Spencer-Percival comments that he is “eager to see what Spencer Ogden can achieve in 2012 under their capable leadership.”
