Sales & marketing was a runaway leader for hiring intentions – according to the companies surveyed, there was no other function of business where over 20% of employers expected to add employees. Logistics & operations and production & engineering only bringing in new workers in 20% of firms, while accounting, tax & treasury predicted hiring in 19% of companies, and administration in 16%.
The wider global picture shows that Russia is the ninth strongest country in the world for recruitment of managerial staff. The Philippines, where 97% of companies were due to hire, was the global number one, as reported last week by recruiter.co.uk.
Antal Russia has been part of the FiveTen Group since 2008, and is separate from Antal International, but provides the Russian portion of the data for the survey.
