Thai recruiter Smart Search Executive Recruitment has joined global executive search partnership Glasford International.

Smart Search was founded in 2008 and is led by director Santi Campanella, formerly the assistant head of HR at electrical and electronics engineering firm Siemens, from its Bangkok offices.

Glasford, which is owned in equal shares by its partners, now has a direct presence in nearly 40 countries worldwide.

Campanella says: “Since our establishment having a global presence was a key to our long-term strategic plans... We strive to maximise the Glasford brand in South-East Asia, and be an active and strategic resource to our global Glasford colleagues.”
