Executive search and human capital advisory firm Sheffield Haworth has launched a new interim management practice.
It will be headed by Jonathan Hawes, joining as a director from HR services firm Penna, where he headed the financial services interim practice and has had previous experience with derivatives broking.Hawes is based in London with the firm that was number one in Recruiter’s 2011 Hot 100 – the list of the top recruitment firms ranked by profit per fee earner employed. Its gross profit per employee was almost £216k, the only firm to record a figure over £200k, and up from £132k the previous year.
