Global executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Janet Chen (left) as country head for China.

Chen has over 17 years’ executive search and talent management experience, and has worked across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, in particular in the banking, FMCG, IT and manufacturing sectors.

Gautier Vasseur, partner in charge of Greater China at the firm, describes Chen as “an enthusiastic professional who brings a strong knowledge of local market trends and talent pools”.
