Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International has appointed Michael Morcos, David Myers and Raed Sater as partners in its Dubai office.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International has appointed Michael Morcos, David Myers and Raed Sater as partners in its Dubai office.
All three join Heidrick & Struggles’ existing team of five employees in its Middle East team from search firm EWK International. Morcos is the partner in charge of the region.Morcos, Myers and Sater formed the Middle East office of EWK International in 2008.
Morcos had previously held senior positions with companies including as principle at management consultancy McKinsey & Company, and oil industry firms Atlantic Richfield and Schlumberger.
Sater joined EWK from search firm Korn/Ferry International’s financial services practice in London, having previously been head of HR at airline Gulf Air, and before this worked in the HR function of FMCG giant Unilever.
Myers had also worked with Korn/Ferry before joining EWK, and has more than 30 years of technology and search industry experience.
