Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has appointed Michael O’Higgins (left) as chairman.

The former managing partner of PA Consulting, O’Higgins was previously a partner of Pricewaterhouse Consulting.

O’Higgins has been chairman of the Audit Committee since October 2006 and is a non-executive director of HM Treasury and chair of the Treasury Group Audit Committee.
