Aligra’s managing director, Mark Neilson, explains: “We’ve seen outstanding growth in the three years that we’ve been running. In the last year alone we have signed Lead Vendor agreements with Tesco and leading foodservice company Bidvest (3663), as well as acquiring a new contract with Amscan. Recent investment in state of the art technology has enabled us to provide a far more efficient and less labour intensive service to our clients, helping us to better meet their needs.
“Despite our impressive growth we are not complacent in our position and have very ambitious plans for the future, which we’ve set out in a new five-year strategy. Part of that strategy, which is working towards a turnover of £20m in 2015, is effective use of our resources. The growth of our company has meant that we now have clients all over the South, and many contracts are so big that we have our own on-site office.
“This has cut down the need to have two regional offices, but means we still have a large presence in each of the locations that we have clients in. We felt it would be more beneficial to both client companies and those looking for positions to have all of Aligra’s expertise under one roof in our Swindon town centre office.”
