IT graduate recruiter has appointed Mike McLaren to the dual-hatted role of finance director and company secretary.

McLaren previously spent 21 years at technology company Alphameric in the roles of group finance director, group managing director and chief operating officer.

While serving on Alphameric’s board, McLaren was also appointed as a non-executive director of its joint venture Amalgamated Racing, which provides the Turf TV service to book makers in the UK and Ireland.
