Eight in 10 telecoms professionals in the Asia-Pacific region would require a pay rise of more than 20% to change jobs, according to new research from telecoms recruiter RP International (RPI).

The research, conducted in conjunction with trade magazine TelecomAsia, also shows that 30% of employers are planning on increasing headcount in the next 12 months, while 50% of employees expect their employer to provide a salary increase of less than 10%.
