Two US-based executive search firms have announced successful placements.

US retained executive search firm Halbrecht Lieberman Associates has completed a search for a vice president of infrastructure services for the Ingram Book Group in Nashville, Tennessee. The selected candidate is Michael Jones, a managing consultant in Atlanta.

US executive search consultancy The Buffkin Group has announced the appointment of Susan Berry-Buckley to chief executive at Lifeblood/Mid-South Regional Blood Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Berry-Buckley was previously chief executive at the Kentucky Blood Center.
