Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider elemense has been appointed by management and technical consultancy WYG to manage its contract and temporary recruitment.

The two-year contract came into force at the beginning of this month.

WYG has over 1,400 employees across 40 countries.

Peter Collis, managing director of elemense, says: “WYG had previously used multiple recruitment agencies on a preferred supplier basis.

“At elemense, our aim was to create an arrangement that would enable WYG to not only substantially reduce costs associated with recruitment, but also meet its objective of a more flexible workforce and an optimised permanent to contract staff ratio.”
