Asset managers Scottish Widows Investment Partnerships (SWIP) has appointed talent solutions firm Randstad Sourceright as its UK graduate recruitment partner for the September 2013 intake.

It will manage the entire process of recruiting graduates for its fixed income, equities, real estate and investment solutions divisions.

The companies have worked together on the previous three campaigns, “making them [Sourceright] the natural partner of choice”, according to SWIP resourcing manager Stacey Crosbie.
