Specialist financial services search firm Execuzen has appointed Sophie De Ferranti as managing director.

De Ferranti was previously head of private wealth management for Carpenter Farraday, a role that involved executive search for international private banking, wealth management, investment management and multi-family offices.

Asset management and securities servicing provider BNY Mellon has appointed Sheena Wilson as its global head of talent strategy. Based in London, Wilson is charged with overseeing the company’s global, integrated talent management priorities, including talent acquisition, employee and leadership development, the firm’s diversity and inclusion commitment, and employee engagement initiatives.

Lord Digby Jones has been appointed senior adviser to the Harvey Nash Group, the global professional recruitment consultancy and IT outsourcing service provider. Jones, former CBI director-general and minister of UK Trade & Investment, joins the organisation to share his experience as a global business ambassador and further help the company’s growth in the UK and international markets.

North East recruiter Jo Hand Recruitment has appointed Laura Stobart as regional operations manager to continue the firm’s expansion across Darlington, North Yorkshire and Durham. Stobart has more than five years’ experience in the recruitment industry.

Global executive search firm Transearch International has appointed Ezequiel Conesa and Carlos Gil as co-managing partners to head up its Argentina office.

Global business solutions for HR provider Kenexa has appointed Jerry Collier as international RPO development director. Collier joins from Alexander Mann Solutions where he was global sales and marketing director and investment banking director, responsible for operations in Europe, the US and Asia.

Multi-sector recruiter Bond Williams has recruited Louise Woodward and Ben Stanfield to lead its two new divisions in accountancy and finance, and IT and telecoms. Woodward has 20 years of accountancy experience, while Stanfield joins with more than eight years’ experience recruiting in the technology sector for major blue chip brands, having worked with both UK and European-based organisations, and has resourced projects in many areas of technology from support and development to project and programme management.

IT recruiter InterQuest Group has appointed two senior executives to launch new businesses within the group. Lisa Dixon joins as managing director of new managed services business InterQuest Solutions. Dixon has over 10 years’ recruitment experience, most recently acting as head of recruitment operations at Cable & Wireless. Matt Crawcour joins InterQuest as managing partner of executive search firm InterQuest Executive. Crawcour was previously managing director of InterQuest UK from 2002-07 before moving to executive search firm Marlin Hawk.

Construction materials manufacturer Saint-Gobain PAM UK has appointed Sue Wallbanks as HR director. Wallbanks has previously held senior HR roles at British Gypsum and Belle Group.
