De Ferranti is wealth of talent for Execuzen
The cross-leveraging opportunity that an international private wealth division offers will greatly complement and strengthen Execuzen’s existing global offering within the financial services arena
Specialist financial services search firm Execuzen has appointed Sophie De Ferranti as managing director.
De Ferranti was previously head of private wealth management for Carpenter Farraday, a role that involved executive search for international private banking, wealth management, investment management and multi-family offices.

Global business solutions for HR provider Kenexa has appointed Jerry Collier as international RPO development director. Collier joins from Alexander Mann Solutions where he was global sales and marketing director and investment banking director, responsible for operations in Europe, the US and Asia.
Multi-sector recruiter Bond Williams has recruited Louise Woodward and Ben Stanfield to lead its two new divisions in accountancy and finance, and IT and telecoms. Woodward has 20 years of accountancy experience, while Stanfield joins with more than eight years’ experience recruiting in the technology sector for major blue chip brands, having worked with both UK and European-based organisations, and has resourced projects in many areas of technology from support and development to project and programme management.
IT recruiter InterQuest Group has appointed two senior executives to launch new businesses within the group. Lisa Dixon joins as managing director of new managed services business InterQuest Solutions. Dixon has over 10 years’ recruitment experience, most recently acting as head of recruitment operations at Cable & Wireless. Matt Crawcour joins InterQuest as managing partner of executive search firm InterQuest Executive. Crawcour was previously managing director of InterQuest UK from 2002-07 before moving to executive search firm Marlin Hawk.
