Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson has announced that Jose B Cecin has joined the Board of Arbinet-thexchange, a US provider of innovative voice and IP solutions for buying and selling telecoms capacity.
Korn/Ferry International has been selected by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to find a replacement for Timothy F. Geithner, the president and chief executive officer. The company has also been retained by the New School to assist in their search for a new provost. The position was previously held by Joseph Westphal, who stepped down to become a member of President-elect Barack Obama’s transition team for the Department of Defense.
US firm Morgan Samuels Company has announced several placements. Patricia Jerominski as chief operating officer, Hawaii at WellCare Health Plans, a provider of managed care services exclusively for US government sponsored healthcare programmes. Randall Odzer has been placed as the chief financial officer, Health, at Principal Financial Group. Alan Lee Dukes joins healthcare firm Principal Wellness Company as president. And finally, Walter Russell Anderson joins as chief financial officer at Community Valley Bank, a locally owned and locally headquartered bank in Imperial County, California.
