Commercial recruiter Temple Quay Recruitment has merged with multi-sector recruiter gap personnel, Recruiter can exclusively reveal.

Jason Fox, director of gap personnel, told Recruiter: “This merger is an integration into the gap personnel group, as opposed to a full on takeover. Temple Quay will be keeping their name and branding and will be referred to as Temple Quay – a division of gap personnel.”

Temple Quay Recruitment has a turnover of £1.5m.

gap personnel says it is offering mergers to agencies “all over the country”, from “business support and taking over certain back-office duties through to mergers such as this, franchises and full acquisitions”.

Cheshire-headquartered recruitment agency Gap Personnel has been acquired by Rcapital in a corporate carve-out.
