New reporting functions have been added to the interview management and applicant tracking system Interview Coordinator that enable hiring managers to view interview results and comments on a particular candidate at a glance.

Users of Interview Coordinator can push a button to generate a single report on a candidate, containing input from all of those involved in the recruitment process.

Stuart Hobbs, managing director of Interview Coordinator and the former owner of software company Dillistone Systems, told Recruiter that workflow is often overlooked in recruitment products. This, combined with the increasing use of video in the process, was among the main drivers of the product, which aims to reduce administration and the duplication of time and effort.

“Anything that helps reduce the need for unnecessary meetings, separate reports or numerous phone calls with fellow collaborators is going to save time and money, and streamline candidate selection,” he said.
