Media, entertainment and lifestyle brands recruiter Handle Recruitment is defying the ‘doom and gloom’ merchants by opening a new legal division.

The company has appointed legal recruitment specialist, Paul Walsh, to lead the new division. Walsh has significant experience on the recruitment agency side, having worked for Taylor Root on both a national and international basis where he placed paralegals and lawyers into a broad range of in-house organisations – often in the media and entertainment industries.

Stella Walker, Handle’s founder and chief executive, told Recruiter: “A significant number of Handle’s clients have been asking us for some time to fill this gap in the market and establish a team dedicated to supplying legal professionals for media, entertainment and lifestyle brands.”

The new legal division joins Handle’s existing divisions that focus on supplying clients with permanent, temporary and interim candidates across the finance, sales and marketing, HR, digital and office support sectors.
