Construction recruiter One Way Resourcing has received funding from HB RIDA, a development vehicle that gives SME recruiters support, guidance and finance to grow and acquire further marketshare.  

HB RIDA, which is chaired by James Caan, is now working with Paul Payne and Duncan Bartlett, directors of One Way Resourcing to grow the business.
