International search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Omar Al Hajjaj, a new senior consultant who will head its national pharma, healthcare and biotech practice.

Al Hajjaj has around 10 years of senior management experience, most recently as a regional manager at healthcare provider BUPA Arabia and medical equipment provider Al Faisaliah Medical Systems.Country manager for Saudi Amjed Shacker says: “Pedersen & Partners enjoys a strong presence in the Saudi market… we are now positioning the firm to provide sector-focused services in the country as we see the need for such a specialty.”
