The IT sector is poised to experience a shortage of permanent IT talent, according to research from Hays IT.

The research shows that around 15% of staff claim they are very dissatisfied with their benefits package, and 61% say their employer could be more generous with benefits.

The report also shows 40% have never had a pay review, with 45% of workers saying this is insufficient, while 35% have never received a performance review.
