Senior recruitment specialist Larson Group is to expand its associate scheme, which gives associates 70% of the fees they bill.

Larson Group sources upper management, board level and interim personnel for key organisations in engineering, oil & gas, medical and logistics, and the firm says it hopes the scheme will help it grow its team to 20 as it establishes new divisions to serve the HR, marketing, renewables, FMCG and finance markets.

Managing director Martin Pollard says: “We were keen to develop a strategy for growth that would attract people with the right level of experience to help us establish contacts in new markets and have already recruited people who have worked at a senior level in those target sectors, both in management and recruitment.

“Our associate model gives those working with us the freedom to develop their own client base without the risks involved in setting up on their own.”
