Marcia Roberts, former chief executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, receives her MBE from the Queen at an investiture t Buckingham Palace on 10 March. The honour was awarded to Roberts for her contributions to the recruitment industry and to diversity (Recruiter, 21 January).
