IT and telecoms recruiter NetworkersMSB has agreed a five-year contract with MidlandHR to streamline its HR and payroll operations.

IT and telecoms recruiter NetworkersMSB has agreed a five-year contract with MidlandHR to streamline its HR and payroll operations.

MidlandHR’s iTrent software will be charged with tackling key issues such as talent management and retention as NetworkersMSB expects to grow from 300 employees to around 2,000 in 12 months.

Emma Weston, head of HR at NetworkersMSB, says: “Following a review of the solutions available, we were pleased that MidlandHR had the unique combination of modules and flexibility that we require as we look to expand.

“The modules selected, particularly Employee and Manager Self-Service, will provide our people with increased control and responsibility, improving employee engagement and assisting in talent management and retention.”
