Monster’s career fair inspires jobseekers

More than 2,000 jobseekers attended the Monster.co.uk ‘Keep the UK working’ career fair at the Business Design Centre in London.

More than 2,000 jobseekers attended the Monster.co.uk ‘Keep the UK working’ career fair at the Business Design Centre in London.

The diverse range of employers with vacancies to fill included Boots, Coca Cola, Calvin Klein Underwear, Camden Council, Logica, PokerStars.com, the Royal Navy, SELEX Systems Integration and Siemens.

James Brian, director of product for Monster in the UK & Ireland, told Recruiterat the end of the event, which included seminars and talks, that the day “had exceeded all expectations”.

“There was positive feedback from candidates, with many waiting to ask the speaker questions after each seminar. It’s been very inspirational for jobseekers.”
