Split-fee placement network Perms Connect has been modified, following a survey of recruiters.

The site now allows recruiters to invoice clients and not Perms Connect, while  jobs are invoiced by Perms Connect instead of the client, thus maintaining client confidentiality.

The new improved site also enables recruiters to use the site to get a split fee in the UK and worldwide.
