Charity, public, regulatory and not-for-profit recruiter CF Appointments (CfA) and the recruitment subsidiary of the Prospects Group, Prospects Recruitment Services (PRS), are being merged into CfA. 

The Prospects Group is to take a controlling stake in the joint business.

Prospects Group executive chairman Ray Auvray says: “We are delighted to welcome CfA into the Prospects Group.  It has an unparalleled reputation in third sector recruitment and we are planning to build on this by broadening the range of services offered.

“This is part of Prospects’ strategy to develop its business in the recruitment sector.  We shall be announcing a range of new services for both the public and private sectors.  We anticipate further acquisition in this market sector over the next couple of years.”
