A La Carte Search and Selection plans to expand its focus to include recruitment companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
 

Tim Connolly, managing director of the Hemel Hempstead-based rec-to-rec, told Recruiter the company’s south east focus was ideally suited to the sector:

“This is an industry sector which is doing a lot better than most and in this market it makes sense to concentrate our efforts more within one area.”

A La Carte is already dealing with four search firms and five contingency recruiters, and has identified 34 companies they want to target.
