Following on from news that the number of recruiters not training staff has doubled (Recruiter.co.uk, 26 August), Dan Barrington and Steve James, directors of pharma recruiter Barrington James, are to partner with Jonathan Jenkins at Recruitment Store to enhance the existing training programmes for all its recruitment sales staff.
 
Barrington says: “We wanted to support all of our staff with a bespoke training programme that offered continuity, effective follow-up, real career development and progression.

James says: “We are very pleased to have appointed Jonathan from Recruitment Store to work with us to design, deliver and develop this on-going programme for us.”
