Multi-sector recruiter Right Management has appointed Ruediger Schaefer as group executive vice president with responsibility for Europe, Middle East and Asia Regions (EMEA).

Schaefer, previously responsible for talent and career management solutions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and Poland in his previous role as managing director of Right Management’s central Europe region, will lead the company’s continued expansion in the region.

Schaefer, a member of the global leadership team for Manpower, will report directly to Douglas Matthews, president and chief operating officer of Right Management.
