The Robert Walters Employee Benefits Trust (EBT) last week bought a total of 152,500 ordinary shares which are intended to be used to satisfy future awards made under the company’s performance share plan, executive share option scheme and Sharesave Scheme, according to the London Stock Exchange.

The average price paid per share was £183.16.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of Robert Walters and its subsidiaries. It is registered in the name of Halifax EES Trustees International.

As a result of last week’s transactions, the EBT holds 6,118,548 ordinary shares. Dividends are waived on the shares.
