Technical, engineering, commercial and scientific recruiter Scantec says it has seen a 60% rise in recruitment overseas during Q1 2010 compared to last year.

The firm sponsored the Shanghai Expo at the Echo Arena & Convention Centre in March, which it says, has helped drive forward the growth of its overseas division.
