A 45-year-old man from the Wolverhampton area was arrested on 24 September in relation to a Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) investigation into the unlicensed supply of workers in the herb industry.

He was later released on bail until 30 November.

The arrest followed a joint operation between the GLA, West Midlands Police, Gloucester Police and the UK Border Agency (UKBA) and is now the second arrest to be made in relation to this investigation.
