Two executive search firms have made top-level appointments.

International executive search specialist Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed two directors to the company.

Debra Barbanel has been hired as managing director and co-leader of the real estate practice in North America and Robert Mayes has been appointed executive director of the real estate practice. 45

US healthcare and life science executive search firm Tyler & Company has named Dennis J Kain president. In his new role, Kain will oversee most aspects of the company including marketing, research and strategic planning.

Kain’s career spans more than 30 years and includes leadership experience in healthcare operations and national consulting. He joined Tyler & Company in August 2000.
