New healthcare recruiter Laing & Buisson Recruitment has opened for business. 

It is formed as a joint venture between healthcare market intelligence provider Laing & Buisson and industry recruitment professional James Rumfitt.

The company will recruit for senior management and board roles across the UK health sector.

Rumfitt and Laing & Buisson chief executive William Laing, who founded the business in 1976, are joint founders and partners in the new business.

Rumfitt has been recruiting in health and social care for more than 10 years, firstly with senior-level recruiter Adderley Featherstone and over the past six years with his own recruitment companies, Ardea and Egret.

Laing comments: “At a time of unprecedented change in healthcare this new venture has the ability to deliver the best possible leaders for healthcare now and identify and deliver the next generation.”
