Risk, audit and compliance recruiter JCW has appointed Shanelle Mehta as a senior consultant with the responsibility for building a client base for its risk and governance division outside of the financial services industry.

Mehta has two years of recruitment experience gained within the pharmaceutical division of Real Staffing, and her appointment takes JCW global headcount to 26.
